Refund policy

Our return terms differ between our in-house DNA Originals and our Archives & vintage pieces. Please read the section that applies to your order.

DNA Originals — 14-day returns. In-house DNA Originals may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. To start a return, email us at hi@denimandarchives.com with your order number before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Archives & vintage — final sale. All Archives and vintage items are sold as-is and are final sale. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and pre-owned; we photograph and measure every item by hand and disclose any significant flaws in the listing. Vintage purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please review photos and measurements carefully, and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us at hi@denimandarchives.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
