Shipping

Every order is carefully packaged to protect your piece during transit.

Domestic · United States

Standard 3–7 business days FREE over $100
Expedited 2–3 business days $15
Overnight 1 business day $35

International

Standard 7–21 business days Calc. at checkout

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are processed same-day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Our catalog spans in-house DNA Originals and one-of-a-kind vintage, so return terms differ by category. Please read the section that applies to your order.

DNA Originals · 14-Day Returns

In-house DNA Originals can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Archives & Vintage · Final Sale

All Archives and vintage pieces are sold as-is and are final sale — one-of-a-kind and pre-owned. We photograph and measure every item by hand and note any significant flaws in the listing, so please review the details and reach out with any questions before ordering. Vintage purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

How to Return an Original

  1. Email hi@denimandarchives.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we'll email you return instructions and the address to send it back to.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please don't send anything back before your return is approved — items returned without approval can't be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, email hi@denimandarchives.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
