How much is shipping?
Free on U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts). Under $75, U.S. shipping is a flat $6.90. International rates are calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship out the same day; after that, the next business day. U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, worldwide. Standard takes 7–21 business days, express 3–7. Duties, taxes and customs fees are paid by the customer.
Can I order accessories on their own?
Yes. Hats, keychains, belt chains, jewelry, sunglasses and bags can be ordered on their own, at the same shipping rates, with no minimum.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
The Originals: returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase or delivery. Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached, with proof of purchase.
Vintage (Archive pieces): final sale. They can’t be returned or exchanged for fit, preference, expected vintage wear or a change of mind.

How do I start a return?
Email returns@denimandarchives.com with your order number and the reason. Once it’s approved you’ll get instructions and, when it applies, a prepaid label. We cover return shipping on approved returns and exchanges. Please don’t send anything back before approval.
Can I exchange for another size?
Originals, yes, within 30 days, while stock lasts. If your size is gone you can pick another eligible piece or get a refund. Vintage pieces are one of one, so there’s no other size of the same item.
My vintage piece arrived with a problem.
If it has a major issue that wasn’t shown or described (a big hole, a broken zipper, the wrong item), email returns@denimandarchives.com within seven days of delivery with photos. Don’t wash, wear or repair it first. Normal vintage wear and fading don’t count.

Is everything one of a kind?
The vintage is. When it’s gone, it’s gone. The Originals are designed in-house and made in small batches in Miami.
Is the vintage authentic?
Every piece is inspected and authenticated before it’s listed: labels, construction, materials and era details. Authenticity is guaranteed or your money back.
How do you grade condition?
Every vintage listing has a grade, plus condition notes and measurements.
A · Mint: unworn, tags attached. B · Excellent: minimal wear, no flaws. C · Good: light wear, minor signs of age. D · Fair: visible wear that adds character.

Sizing
How do vintage sizes run?
Tag sizes from past decades don’t match today’s. Go by the measurements on each listing, not the tag. The Originals follow modern U.S. sizing.
How do I check if something fits?
Lay a piece you already own flat, measure it the same way, and compare. The size guide shows where each number is taken.
